The Vic West Community Association is excited to announce that our community celebration, Vic West Fest, will be returning again for its 20th year on Saturday, June 25th 2022 from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM! Vic West Fest is a family-oriented community celebration, with local musicians, and games and activities for adults and children alike. Our purpose is to connect our community by bringing neighbours together and celebrate the diversity of our vibrant neighbourhood.

Become an Exhibitor!
We’re now accepting applications for those looking to participate in our local exhibitor fair! This is open to local artists, farmers, not for profits, businesses, and other community/government groups. This is a chance to meet and chat with local residents and people from all around Victoria in a fun and relaxed setting. All displays are 10’x10’ in size and located in open-air locations throughout Victoria West Park. Tents, tables, and chairs are not included but can be rented from the association. There is a small fee to guarantee attendance.
If you’re interested in exhibiting, check out our exhibitor registration form! Please return the completed forms to events@victoriawest.ca. To pay the registration fee or rent tents and tables, please call (250)-590-8922 or pop by the community centre located at 521 Craigflower Rd to apply. All applications and rentals must be received by June 6th, 2022. More information about the day will be sent out to applicants in early June.

We’re looking for volunteers to help plan Vic West Fest!
Do you have a passion for community? Consider joining our team and help us celebrate our wonderful neighbourhood! This year’s event is going to be bigger and better than ever and we need lots of helping hands to make this a reality. Help is needed in coordinating things like musicians, vendors, food/liquor sales, sponsorship, and promotions! Hours are flexible and there are opportunities for all interests and skills.
