Vic West Corn Roast
September 13th, 12pm-4pm | Raynor St & Craigflower Rd
The Corn Roast is an annual Vic West tradition. Raynor Street will be blocked off at Craigflower to become a vibrant public space for community gathering!
This year you’ll enjoy live music all day, a dog show, an apple pie contest, zucchini car races and of course delicious corn! The event is pay-what-you-can and open to all. Don’t forget your non-perishable food donation to support the Vic West Little Free Pantry.
Victoria West Sustainability Fair
September 19th, 10am-3pm | Banfield Park
The Sustainability Fair is a new event we’re offering to Victoria West.
The Community Centre will open it’s doors to host a market with sustainability-focused vendors, informational booths from local environmental organizations, and on-theme activities for kids! We’ll be sharing more details about the free community clothing swap and other activities soon so stay tuned!
We are accepting vendor applications until Aug. 21st and volunteer postings are now live.
Halloween Fun Day
October 24, 10am–2pm | 521 Craigflower
Celebrate the spooky season at the Vic West Halloween Fun Day! Bring the kids and your Halloween spirit to enjoy our pumpkin carving, themed-crafts and games, face painting and treats! This free, family-friendly event is all about creativity, laughter, and making memories. Expect a warm and welcoming space for little hands to get messy, meet neighbours, and have a frightfully good time!
Halloween BBQ
October 31, 5pm-9pm | 521 Craigflower
Join us for Halloween night fun! This event promises an evening of delicious hot dogs & veggies dogs, festive fun, and neighborly camaraderie. It’s the perfect post trick-or-treat destination. Come in costume and join the fun! We can’t wait to see you there for a hauntingly good time!
Winter Market

Shop handmade jewelry, seasonal décor, and one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting artisans from our community. Whether you’re hunting for unique gifts or just soaking up the winter market atmosphere, there’s something for everyone!
Breakfast with Santa
December 12, 9am-12pm | 521 Craigflower
Experience the magic of the holidays at our community Breakfast with Santa! Enjoy a warm breakfast, festive atmosphere with live holiday music, and a chance to meet Santa himself.
Registration is required and seats fill up quickly. Please register each attendee individually to reserve your spots. Tickets are $10/person and a $40 deposit is required per family booking. We are collecting nonperishable food items for a local food bank, please consider donating. Registration will be available online and will be announced at the end of November.

Victoria West’s annual neighbourhood party returned to fill Banfield Park and the Victoria West Community Centre with a host of family-friendly activities on June 6th, 2026. We’re so grateful for everyone who attended and made it the special event that it was!
