Mah Jong is a 3,000-year-old classic Chinese puzzle game using tiles instead of cards. A great game to sharpen and maintain your thinking skills – it’s also a wonderful way to meet new friends and socialize!

Mother Goose promotes language development, social skills, and attachment. Through interaction in songs, rhymes, and movement, you will find tips to comfort your baby, and develop a network of friendships and support. Learn and practice the techniques of Zen Meditation. The teacher, Wayne Codling, is a lineage holder in the Soto Zen tradition. There is no fee and no need to register. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. the approach is gentle, respectful, and non-secretarian.
