Tai Chi with Minnie
Gain improved circulation, flexibility, balance, strength, and reduce stress through this gentle workout. Participants will be introduced to various Tai Chi form exercises from Simplified Tai Chi to Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Fan.
Zen Meditation – Donation
Wednesdays: 6:45PM – 8:00PM
Learn and practice the techniques of Zen Meditation. The teacher, Wayne Codling, is a lineage holder in the Soto Zen tradition. There is no fee and no need to register. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. the approach is gentle, respectful, and non-secretarian.
