Tai Chi – $3

May 31st-August 30th, 2021, Monday & Thursday: 4:30PM – 5:30PM * No class July 1st & August 2nd

Gain improved circulation, flexibility, balance, strength, and re-duce stress through this gentle workout. Participants will be intro-duced to Tai Chi 24 and 88 forms.

Zen Meditation – Donation

June 2nd-August 25, 2021, Wednesday: 6:45PM – 8:00PM

Learn and practice the techniques of Zen Meditation. The teacher, Wayne Codling, is a lineage holder in the Soto Zen tradition. There is no fee and no need to register. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. the approach is gentle, respectful, and non-secretarian.
