Become a Member of the VWCA!

Membership in the VWCA is your voice to city hall on issues that affect our community. It is free and available to anyone living or owning a business in Vic West. As a member, you can apply for nomination to the board and vote at the AGM.

🌿 Vic West Community Association Membership Update

We’re moving our membership tracking to RecDesk, the same software we use for programs at the Community Centre. This change will make it easier for everyone to manage and renew memberships all in one place.

Why become a member?
Being a member of the Vic West Community Association helps support the programs, events, and initiatives that make our neighbourhood such a great place to live. Membership is free for Vic West residents and gives you a voice in community decisions, opportunities to get involved, and access to important updates about what’s happening in our area.

Membership details:

Memberships are active for one year.
All members must now be registered through RecDesk.

How to join or renew your membership:

Go to this link: HERE
Once on the page, look for the little green button that says “Register” and click it.
If you already have a RecDesk account, sign in and follow the prompts to complete the program “Association Members” registration.
If you don’t have a RecDesk account yet, you’ll first need to:
- Create a Household Membership (your account) in RecDesk.
- Then return to the link above and click the green “Register” button to complete the process.
Follow all the prompts until you complete checkout.
- Even though the membership is free, this final step is required to confirm your registration.

Once approved, your membership will be active for one year from the date of approval.
