Welcome to our Virtual Community Bulletin Board!

This page serves as a space for community members to share important information, announcements, and events with one another. Before submitting your content, please take a moment to review our guidelines below to ensure that your post aligns with our standards for inclusivity and respect.

To submit content, please use the form provided. We ask that you include a brief description of your post along with any relevant links or images. Once submitted, our moderators will review your content to ensure it meets our guidelines. Please note that not all submissions may be approved for publication.

Vic West Community Association Posting Guidelines

  1. All content must be submitted electronically using the online form available on our website and must receive approval before publication.
  1. Flyers will be posted weekly and may remain displayed for a maximum of 30 days.
  1. Postings for a specific event may be displayed up to 30 days prior to the event and will be removed immediately following the event. Due to space limitations, the Vic West Community Association (VWCA) reserves the right to determine how long postings for a series of events will be displayed.
  1. Only one posting is permitted for any single event.
  1. Postings must include the specific date of the event and provide the contact person’s name, phone number(s), and/or email address.
  1. Inquiries regarding events and activities described in the postings should be directed to the event sponsors, not to VWCA staff.
  1. Priority will be given to community-sponsored postings.
  1. The content of posted materials must not compete with current VWCA programming.
  1. Appropriate Content: All activities or information posted on the virtual bulletin board must be suitable for children and aligned with VWCA values.

**Note:** The Vic West Community Association (VWCA) will not modify or edit the posters submitted for the community bulletin board. It is the responsibility of the submitting party to ensure that all information on the poster is accurate. Additionally, all content must be submitted in PDF or JPG/PNG formats for consideration.

 

VWCA reserves the right to deny any request for posting on the virtual bulletin board that does not comply with our guidelines or align with our mission and values. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and positive virtual community bulletin board for our community.
