Introduction to Yoga- a six-week series of yoga classes designed to help you understand the proper alignment pieces of yoga postures and the integration of breath into your yoga practice.
Join Nicole McLellan, 200RYT with Canadian Yoga Alliance as she gives clear and appropriate verbal guidance of your yoga postures. Whether you’ve never done yoga before or you’re looking to enhance your knowledge of the practice you already have, Nicole will creating sequences that build upon breath and movement. Each week Nicole will focus on a main area of the physical body, such as: hips, shoulders, lower back, and back body. We will build a gentle practice around that area; and it will also include breath work and intention setting. This class is geared to all ages, and all levels of yoga background.
