Yoga for Sleep New!

Limit of participants

Participants will be guided into long held, gentle restorative postures using props for extra comfort. The soothing sounds of yogic mantras will be offered along with gentle adjustments to encourage complete relaxation, preparing the body for a restful night of sleep.
