Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through the physical practice of Yoga, plus breathing, relaxation, and positive thinking techniques. Receive guidance on posture, mind-body awareness, and stress relief that you can apply to daily living to keep you healthy and pain free.

The teacher provides alignment guidance for easy to moderately challenging yoga poses, as well as modifications and alternatives as needed to ensure your experience is safe, comfortable, and fun.
