Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra
Ease from your busy day to an enjoyable evening with this class accessible to anyone who can move to the floor and up in their own pace. The class includes safe and gentle yoga movements (options are always provided) on the floor and standing, breath awareness to guide the movements and calm the nervous system. Yoga Nidra – a form of guided relaxation/mediation allows you to relax deeply before heading home. Bring a warm layer to finish the class in comfort.
