Developing healthy posture reduces chronic pain, enhances mobility, improves your appearance, and increases your confidence. Learn healthy ways to stand, sit, walk, do your favourite physical activities, rest and sleep. Each participant receives a course manual as well as a personalized postural assessment and coaching from the instructor. You will be amazed at what you can improve and how much better you will feel afterward.
