This gentle, restorative class focuses on both seated and standing poses to mobilize the joints, cultivate balance, explore breath with gentle movement, and finish with a relaxation practice to calm the nervous system.  Chair yoga is ideal for anyone with physical or mobility challenges or anyone wanting a gentle yoga practice that does not require getting up and down off the floor.
